Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy
Due to the nature of rapid drug and alcohol testing products, as a rule, all products are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returns may be approved only at National Screening Corp’s sole discretion and must meet the following conditions:
- Return was requested within 30 days of purchase
- Product is unopened, unused, and in the original packaging
- Valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been issued
Approved returns are subject to:
- 25% restocking fee
- Customer-paid return shipping
National Screening Corp. will only cover return shipping in cases of:
- Verified defective product
- Incorrect shipment by National Screening Corp.
No returns whatsoever will be accepted for:
- Refrigerated products
- Custom or non-stock items
- Products not used according to their intended designation
